Bella and Vintage Chic
I have a great love of gorgeous designer fabrics & fabulous patterns….my personal stash is indicative of that adoration (or is that addiction….I think I will stick to the former theory!)
I am an older mum with one little girl & since having my little one I decided to move away from my profession as a Social Worker towards my true passion, fabrics and patterns.
The genesis for the name Bella & Vintage Chic came about by using the first part, Bella from part of my daughter’s name & the second part of the name ‘Vintage Chic’ is a way to celebrate all things handmade. Additionally, ‘Vintage Chic’ conjures up nostalgic memories of the being taught by my mum the wonderful & enduring skills associated with sewing & embroidery.
